The Most Thrilling Moment

Heart pumping fast, pupils dilating, body quivering, lips pursed and your throat feels like it's contracting. You begin to move closer to the other party, this time with a bit of confidence. You close your eyes and slowly you feel the magic of love wrapping every inch of your body.

Have you ever encountered such experience? Hmm...I remember mine. First Kiss that is. Awe...It's one of the most spectacular moments in our lives. There are so many novels, music videos, movies, plays that depicts such experience, yet none have truly captured the real thing. I say if you really want to be filled with such delight, you'll just have to wait for it or seize it at the right moment.
Many of us may remember playing during our childhood and may have gotten an accidental kiss. Well, to me I don't think it counts, because that was just innocent play, so until you pass that stage and become fully mature, then and only then, will you be able to recognize the true kiss. Mark you, I didn't say "true love".

Well, now that we've established the kiss, where is the most romantic place to experience it? Well, I asked some persons and here's the result.
  • In the park on a rainy day
  • On the beach
  • On the balcony, while having a candle-light dinner
  • Next to a waterfall
  • Movie Theatre
  • While on an elevator/escalator
Romantic right? Well enough said. It's time for you to share that moment with someone.

The story continues...

Howdy y'all or in J'can terms: Wha gwaan? I told you, I'd be back! So much has happened in the few days that has passed. Many of you are probably in sports mode, so I must thank you for taking time out and reading my blog.

My high school English teacher once told me that writing is the best way to express one’s self. Indeed, she was right. Personally I believe it’s a gift to write. Each thought is carefully pieced together to form a complete notion.

After watching the movies: “Becoming Jane” and “Atonement”, I said to myself those writers not only have a huge task to do, but they all have to dig deep. Deep in the sense that amidst all they were going through, they all had to constantly keep writing. Now that I call ‘courage’.

We all are writers in our own ways, but without courage, our stories are all meaningless, if not heard. So, though you may not have received the punch line or resolution yet, keep writing, because one day someone may actually become inspired by your story.

What Kind of Story Will You Write?
